  • Order Fulfillment & Shipping (Contractual Necessity / Section 7): When you place an order, your Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Phone Number, and Email are shared with Shopify, our payment gateway partners, and our shipping aggregator Prozo to deliver your order and send real-time tracking updates via WhatsApp and Email. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect active order delivery updates.
  • WhatsApp Retention & Drop Alerts (Consent-Based / Section 6): Only with your explicit consent, your Phone Number, Name, and Order History are processed via Interakt to send exclusive streetwear drop alerts, restock updates, cart reminders, and offers on WhatsApp.
  • Meta Ads & Personalization (Consent-Based / Section 6): Only with your explicit cookie and marketing consent, your browser cookies, device/IP identifiers, and hashed contact details are shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram & Facebook) to show relevant ads and build custom/lookalike audiences.
  • Storage Duration (Section 8(7)): Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent below, or is automatically purged after 24 months of continuous inactivity. Order invoices and tax records are retained for 8 years as mandated under Indian tax laws (CGST Act, 2017 & Income Tax Act, 1961).
